肩关节注射疗法
Overview（概述）
Thisoutpatientinjectionprocedurerelievespainintheshoulderandarmcausedbyarthritis,injuryordisorder.
这项门诊注射操作用于缓解因关节炎、外伤或其它病变引起的肩关节和胳膊疼痛。
Preparation（准备）
Inpreparationfortheprocedure,theshoulderiscleansedandsanitized.Localanestheticisadministeredtonumbthetissueattheinjectionsite.Thephysicianmaychoosefrommultipleneedleapproaches,dependingonwhichpartoftheshoulderrequirestreatment.
准备操作时，对肩关节进行清洁消毒。注射部位的组织用局部麻醉药进行麻醉。医生可选择多种进针途径，取决于需要对肩关节的哪部分进行治疗。
NeedleInsertion（进针）
Thephysiciancarefullyguidesaneedleintotheshoulderjoint.Thephysicianmayguidetheneedlewiththehelpofanx-raydevicecalledafluoroscope.Ifso,thephysicianmayinjectcontrastdyetoconfirmtheneedlesplacement.
医生小心地将针引导进入肩关节，可能借助一种称为透视机的X-线设备。如果是这样，医生可能注入对比造影剂以确认针放置的位置。
PainReliefInjection（注入缓解疼痛的药物）
Whentheneedleisinposition,thephysicianinjectsamixtureofanestheticandsteroidmedication.Themedicationwillhelpreduceinflammationandrelievepain.
当针穿刺到位，医生注入麻醉药和类固醇混合药液。这种药液能减轻炎症、缓解疼痛。
EndofProcedure（注射结束）
Whentheinjectionis 注射完成后，缓慢地拔针。注射部位用小的创口贴包扎。许多病人，在注射后3天疼痛开始进一步缓解。有些病例可能需要重复注射1次或多次，以收到最佳的治疗效果。
